Refund policy

At House of Imaan, we want you to receive your order exactly as expected. We offer 7-days return policy only in cases where you have received a wrong product, wrong size, or a defective/damaged product.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns or complaints are accepted only when:

You have received the wrong product.
You have received the wrong size.
You have received a defective or damaged product.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction unrelated to receiving a wrong, defective, or damaged product.

How to Request a Return

To report a defective, damaged, incorrect, or wrong-size product, simply email us at:

Please include:

A clear image of the product/package label.
A clear image of the product you received, showing the issue.
Your order details so we can identify the purchase.

That's it. Once we receive the required information, our team will review the issue and get back to you with the appropriate resolution.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Wrong-Size Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the product is damaged, defective, different from what you ordered, or the size received is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after the 7-day period may not be eligible for a return or resolution.

Non-Returnable Orders

Apart from cases involving a wrong product, wrong size, defective product, or damaged product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for other reasons.
